Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at support@skinvella.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. Our team will respond with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used beauty/skincare products

Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the return cost.
